Great service for snow removal and lawn care. Don’t be fooled by other companies that price cut. You get what you pay for. Thank you Dan and Southwest for always providing excellent customer service! Love the calls letting me know you’re on your way so I can clear my driveway!

Great friendly professional service, the driver does a great job and doesn't wake me up when she cleans my driveway in the middle of the night. This my 3rd winter with them, and it WON'T be my last.

Last year we had a great experience with them but this year we found that they are removing the snowof all our neighbors but it seems that they don't have the capacity for this number of customers in our neighborhood. They show up once about 11:30 am to remove snow for the 6 pm arrivals and once about 2 am for 6 am departures. Last year they arrived 4 pm for 6 pm arrivals and 5 am for 6 am departures. I gave them a call and I raised my concerns as I have to shovel my driveway snow because this year they remove it so earlier than departures and arrivals and I cannot shovel as I had a surgery, and the guy called Dan, after the call emailed us and terminated the contract in a middle of a snowy day February 13. He wished me luck like children and now I am in an emergency situation and cannot shovel snow at all. Such an unwillingness to receive feedback and concerns of the clients is not absolutely appreciated and this action to stop the service we paid for in the middle of the season in this way is totally unethical. This year the charged me more that last year year too.
