10/10 experience and service! 1. Excellent communication; always available to reach via call/text. They send out very comprehensive emails at each snowfall with updates. 2. You can sign up for the GPS text updates. Provides you a 15-30 min warning of when the tractor will be passing your home. You get access to the live tractor map and can monitor when the tractor will be passing your home. 3. They pass a minimum of 2 times during a snowfall; many times 3 if it was heavy snowfall. It snowed 14 times this winter and they passed 32 times ( I tracked it). 4. Very honest company; all bill/contract were sent via PDF system and very easy to follow. The price is excellent and you get 2x the service for what you pay. I would highly recommend you hire them for next winter! A solid team and amazing snow removal service 👍🏼

Cole Sullivan and his team truly exemplify the very definition of customer service. We've hired them for several years now after poor performance from the overpriced and under performing competition.They do an excellent job both in cleaning and cleaning up after city plows. Their communications with clients is excellent; texts & emails. Cole's weather forecasts are so helpful. Best snow removal service in Aylmer. Have a great summer!

Signed up snow removal this past year with Weeping Willow and found the service to be outstanding. They sent daily alerts to let us know they would arriving following all snow events. I have previously used other snow clearing companies and this company provided the best service by far.
